Are Your OE Teams Over-Managed or Under-Supported?

In our most current Operational Excellent Insight we discussed the question of whether improvement teams are over or under supported. (Read the full article.) From our experience, we suggest to err on the side of providing more management attention since a high percentage of Operational Excellence initiatives fail due to a perceived lack of support by either the organization or the project team.
